Programs Agents - Service Provider

Introduction

Junior Achievement South Africa is a non-profit organisation that empowers young people to grow their entrepreneurial ideas, hone their work skills, manage their earnings and secure better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities. Through the delivery of hands-on learning in financial literacy, digital literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship; we inspire and prepare young people to succeed in the global economy.

Scope/Opportunity

Junior Achievement South Africa invites suitably qualified and eligible companies and individuals to submit applications to become agents for various school programs for the 2026 calendar year, across the country.

Programs Agents

Suitably resourced service providers will serve as programs agents of JA South Africa in their province and be mandated to run various programs within guidelines as contracted.

  1. Agents will recruit and select program participants

  2. Agents will identify and contract with suitable schools for logistical arrangements for program delivery

  3. Agents will subcontract with and oversee the performance of eligible, suitably qualified and experienced facilitators to implement programs

  4. Agents will coordinate successful program delivery, and completion within set qualitative and quantitative standards and guidelines

  5. Agents will oversee accurate billing and disbursement processes in respect of each program implementation in line with contractual obligations

Program Assignment

JA South Africa runs several programs under the three clusters. This particular opportunity is for the company program cluster

Minimum requirements for consideration are:

  • 3-5 years facilitation experience

  • Project, financial and people management

  • Prior experience of working with young people in school and out of school

  • Business communication, administration and reporting skills

  • Business profiles inclusive of facilitator resumes

  • Previous experience and successes in running/implementing various in-school and out-of-school programs
